Stones Property, established in 2005, is a contemporary independent estate agent, based in Hayes. Working with both Sales and Lettings, we offer clients a range of handpicked properties to match their specific requirements. Stones Property never fail to retain the professional mindset, and always value the requirements and needs of the client first. Covering numerous areas including Hayes, Southall, Northolt, Hillingdon, West Drayton, Uxbridge and surrounding areas, we do our best to find the perfect property for you.
For our Landlords & Sellers
Both our Sales and Lettings department operate using the latest technology and marketing routes within the market. From our 360° camera all the way to our real time live software, Stones Property ensures we never lose any opportunity in finding you the right buyer or tenant. We advertise on our Website, Rightmove, Zoopla and On the Market giving you maximum marketing exposure. Using Stones Property you are able to access your documents through our website, saving you time in case any documents have been misplaced or lost.
For all our clients
Our Lettings department operate using the latest technology within the market. We have smart phone apps designed for both landlords and tenants, operational in upto 40 languages breaking any communication barrier we may face. Simultaneously our bespoke app allows tenants to take photos and videos to report any maintenance issues so we get a clearer understanding on the problem at hand, thus allowing Stones Property to deal with the repairs effectively and efficiently.
Tenants are able to access all documents online and see all current available properties Stones Property have to offer on the market, should you wish to up or down size or even relocate to neighbouring areas.
Appointments can be made through the app or on our website for viewings which is also linked with Uber should you require a mini cab.

Valuations are always carried out by or highly trained valuers who have an extended knowledge of the areas that we cover and always work accordingly to the market supply and demand.
